Great central location, close to public transport and popular attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering an upgrade and a special birthday surprise for my friend. they allowed us to store our bags after checkout so we could explore the city.
The hotel had a strong musky smell and the furniture looked old and cheap. The room had a small dining table and an undersized TV.

The room was spacious and had a great work desk. The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of dishes and espresso coffee included. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to tram and bus stops, as well as Darling Harbour. Good parking facilities nearby.
Felt very much at home, no complaints.

We enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of the city. Pros include the excellent location, with easy access to Chinatown, darling harbour, and the CBD. The staff provided a friendly and accommodating service, from the doorman to the receptionist. The room service was fantastic; fast and fresh, while the room itself was clean and spacious with good amenities, including a mini-bar, in-room safe, and ironing facilities.
The breakfast area can get crowded on the weekends. However, this is still a 4-star venue that we would highly recommend.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. I was greeted by friendly staff who gave me great recommendations on where to eat. The rooms were super clean and the beds were unbelievably comfortable - like sleeping on a cushion of clouds! The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major tourist destinations and public transport. The hotel facilities were great, including a really good breakfast and convenient undercover parking.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Darling Harbour, allowing for easy access to a variety of dining options. The proximity to the train station and central area also adds to the convenience of the location. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a good desk and excellent wireless connectivity, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout the hotel. The breakfast options are plentiful, with the opportunity to have eggs and omelets cooked to order.
The housekeeping services could be improved, as there were instances where the room was not properly cleaned and toiletries were not refilled regularly.
